Implementation of Article Processing Charges (APC)
Dear Authors and Colleagues,
We are implementing an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 500 RMB per accepted manuscript for all new submissions received on or after 1 August 2025 (Beijing Time). This fee will help sustain the journal’s editorial operations, peer-review management, and open-access dissemination.
Key Details:
Applicability: The APC applies only to manuscripts submitted after the effective date and formally accepted for publication.
Payment Deadline: Authors must complete payment within 5 days of acceptance to avoid delays in publication.
Payment Method: Bank transfer (details provided upon acceptance).
